Belly fat is problem for lot of people in the world. Belly fat occurs as a result of fat in the abdominal area. Belly fats leads to bad results such as pressuring on the liver so it is unable to perform his job well and it makes you unable to wear clothes suitable for your age and especially if your age is under 30.If you want to lose belly fat, you should get rid of bad eating habits and you should reduce your calories to make them less of the daily efforts.It is very important to exercises at least 3 times a week especially exercises for belly fat to burn fat on abdominal muscles.
