Eating habits which help to lose weight and overcome obesity

Treatment of obesity not only in the diets or in the exercise only but treatment of obesity is also in the eating habits, which make you eat your food in a systematic manner and protect your body from the food that increase your weight, so here i will tell you some eating habits which help control the desire of eating and thus helps to lose weight:
  • you should be be regularly in meal times so you should take three meals a day at specific times.
  • Eat all meals, whether major or otherwise in the place for food at your home.
  • Chewing food well before swallowing.
  • During meals stop eating for a short period.
  • Your food should be in separate plate and in limited quantities and depending on the calories that you want.
  • Do not wait until you reach the stage of severe hunger and take small meals between major meals.
  • Eat fiber-rich foods before the main meal.
  • Your meals should contain large amounts of vegetables and fruit.
  • Make low-fat foods near you to eat many amount of it.
  • Eat small meal before going out of the house.
  • Try to avoid as much as possible sauces and foods rich with fats.
  • When you eat chickens remove skin layer because it contain fats.
  • When you eat red meat remove fat layer before eat it.
  • Eat many amounts of grilled and cooked in the oven because it doesn't have high fats.
finally you should have great will to lose your weight and you should be confident of yourself that you can over come obesity .

some drinks which are very useful in weight loss if you drink it regularly.

Weight loss is not difficult problem but you need to be careful , avoid eating sweets and exercise for 20 minutes every day and you will see the difference. There are some drinks which are very useful in losing weight if you drink it regularly.
Chamomile
Apple vinegar : Apple vinegar helps in digestion and losing weight .Put one tablespoon Apple vinegar in a cup of water, then drink it before or after your meal.
Chamomile : one of the most flowers for weight loss, take boiled cup of chamomile without sugar on an empty stomach and before your lunch for 2 months .
Anise warm: put one tablespoon anise for each cup of water and take it on an empty stomach before your lunch.
Grape juice : take it before breakfast without sugar and before your dinner regularly and for 10 days.
Cumin and lemon : soak few amount of cumin boiled water with lemon , leave it and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach .
Sage
Chinese green tea : it is my best drink and it is great in burning fats but don't drink it before breakfast.
Sage : if we want to talk about the benefit of drink sage we need other post to do this but sage active ovaries and helps to pregnancy, but in weight loss put one tablespoon sage in boiled water for 10 minutes and drink it in the evening and don't take your dinner.

belly fat is a problem for many who suffer from obesity.belly fat is swelling occurs in the abdominal area as a result of the accumulation of fat in this area and because of inactivity of abdominal muscles, but not every belly fat is real so there are a natural belly and false belly fat. False swelling occurs in the abdominal area as a result of eating a lot of amount of foods and drinks so it occur after meals and it may be disappear after the end of the digestion process, so it is not danger.   • Walking for 3 minutes on the fingers of the feet and three on the ankles.
  • Climb on a chair and then land with your feet.
  • Jump for ten minutes.

  • Drink large amounts of water before meals because water fills the stomach then it reduce your desire of eating so it reduce your weight.
  • Drink grapefruit before meals because it reduces the sense of hunger.
  • Begin your meals with salad greens and reduce eating foods which have high calories.
  • Eat foods which have big amount of fiber because it takes a long time in the digestion so it make you want to eat after long time.
  • Eat your meal very slowly because you will feel satiety after small time.

In this post i will tell you some principles about types of foods that you should eat when you want to lose unwanted fats in your body and follow diet.This principles help you to know when you follow diet what kinds of foods you should eat and when can you eat this kinds of foods.
Proteins 
 you should eat food rich with protein for many reasons, Protein at breakfast makes you not feel hungry for a long time. Proteins reduce the sense of fatigue which appears to many people who follow diet. Proteins don't decrease weight because analysis of muscles but Proteins rebuild muscles. Eating meals rich with proteins don't increase weight body because protein does not turn into fat.Your body needs big energy to digestion and absorption of proteins so your body burn your fats to do this.If you are a liver patients you should reduce the protein.It is preferred that you make your protein meal free of fat and carbohydrates.‪‬
Carbohydrates 
 when you follow diet you should reduce eating carbohydrates because if you eat eat a lot of amount of carbohydrates, your body will turn it into fats and increase you weight, the pancreas produces insulin in the blood, leading to a feeling of hunger and a lot of amount of carbohydrates lead to heart disease and hardening of the arteries. Take your carbohydrates from complex carbohydrates such as brown bread and beans because it is better than simple carbohydrates such as table sugar which turn into fats.
Fats 
 You may know that 1 gm fats gives your body 9 calories which turn directly into fat and increase your weight, so try to avoid fats in your meals such as meat Soup or you can put it into refrigerator then remove fats layer from the soup. You can drink skim milk instead of full cream milk and avoid cheddar and Flemish cheese because they are full of fats.Eat vegetables rich in fiber because it reduces the absorption of fat.

how can you Calculate level of obesity in your body or level of your weight by perfect way ?

There are a lot of ways to Calculate level of obesity in your body or level of your weight but there is accurate way to calculate level of your body weight.
  1. Divide your weight by 100.
  2. multiply the output in itself.
  3. Divide your weight by the new output, then the output from this operation is called body mass or BMI 
  • if your BMI is less than 20 then your body weight is less than the ideal weight and you need to increase your body weight.
  • if your BMI is between 20 and 25 then your body weight is equal the ideal body weight and you are good.
  • if your BMI is between 25 and 30 then your body weight is greater than the ideal weight and you need to decrease your weight.
  • if your BMI is greater than 30 then your body weight is very greater than the ideal weight and you really need to lose a lot of fats in your body.
  • if your BMI is greater than 40 then your are suffer from hard obesity and you need to decrease your body weight to get the ideal body weight.
example : let you body weight is 70 kg and your height is 170 cm 
170/100 = 1.7 
1.7*1.7=2.89
70/2.89=24.2
then your body weight is equal to your ideal body weight and you don't have obesity.

In the last post secret of obesity , i try to show you the danger of obesity so here this post is complementary to previous post . obesity is disease as malnutrition because malnutrition is the amount of food is less than the daily activities  but obesity is the amount of food is greater than the daily activities so we should make the amount of food we eat every day equal the daily activities. here i will tell you some very easy activities help you to overcome obesity just you should have great will .

  • you should avoid foods which have high calorie such as sugars and fats and soft drinks, be smart soft drinks are very harmful for our bodies and you can go to Google and search for danger of soft drinks and you will find many articles talk about this problem , you can drink skim milk instead of soft drinks and you will impressed by the results you'll find on your body 
  • your meals should be balanced , eat small meals two hours or three between each meal but this meal should contain every types of food such as protein ,vitamins and fiber because our meals should be balanced in terms of the type of food first and then the amount of food.
  • It is very important to play a sport ,but it is better to be certain conditions :

  1. your chosen sport should be suitable for your age.
  2. your chosen sport should make all your muscles work .
  3. your chosen sport should be regularly.

  2. Medium obesity : Increase in the body between 20% to 40% of ideal weight. 
  3. hard obesity : increase in the body is higher than 40% of ideal weight.
The problem is that many people who are in a first stages in obesity is not interested in protecting themselves from obesity, but when they arrive to hard obesity .
The dangers of obesity :
  • Arthritis because the joints of the legs is weak, which bears the increase in the body and spine pain.
  • Heart disease and hardening of the arteries due to high cholesterol in the blood and high blood pressure.
  • Fat on the liver so liver cannot make his function well and gout and dyspepsia.
  • Bad smell due to storage of fat under the skin.
  • Inability to make a great effort.
  • Inactivity ,laziness and difficulty of movement .
  • Obese man always others laugh at him because of his paunch and he can not wear tight clothes.

How to make "Veal Shish" which not inconsistent with the diet

this blog is about weight loss so every meal in this blog will not inconsistent with the diet. now i will show how to make "Veal Shish" , this is very delicious food and it is useful for you if you want to loss weight . 

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo of veal 
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Lemonade
  • Salt and pepper
  • Thyme
  • 4 tomatoes
now making "Veal Shish" is very easy.
  1. Using the knife cut veal to cubic slides. 
  2. Mix lemon juice, olive and salt and pepper until completely mixed then mix thyme with the mixture.
  3. Soak veal in the mixture about two hours.
  4. Using the knife cut tomatoes to cubic slides and filter water and seeds from it.
  5. now place veal alternating with tomatoes in skewers.
  6. Begin the process of grilling which not need much time.
  7. finally serve "Veal Shish" with green leafy.

This post for people can not follow any diet ,they feel bored because of eating foods at specific times, so in this post i will tell you about some foods and drinks you should avoid and some foods and drinks you should take plentiful . 
cumin
you should drink a lot of light liquid especially water, after every meal take boiled cumin with lemon drops . Reduce salt in your foods because it accumulates under the skin but don't avoid it because your body need it. Try to use olive oil in all your foods. If you want to loss fats , eat many meals but in small quantities. If I felt hungry, eat vegetables with low-cholesterol. In order to get protein avoid high-sugar desserts and get it from vegetables and fruits. Apple is very useful for your body because it gives you activity and vitality with out any Increase in weight. Carrots is very useful for your body because it has a lot of basic elements and don't give you fats. One of the very important foods is honey bees because it is originally a cure for obesity , the best way to eat it is take one teaspoon after a cup of tea . Celery is one of the herbs that burning fats , so you can take it as juice or use it to make fat burning soup or put it in your salad. Sour milk has small calories and a lot of proteins.Finally orange can help you to get rid of overweight.

in the last post "How to make perfect fat burning soup" i explain how to make a soup helps you to loss your weight , here in this post i will give you weight loss meals plans that may help you to loss from 3 to 7 kg in seven days if you performs this plan without any changes.

first day 
  • Eat many kinds of any fruits except banana and mango.
  • Take big amounts from fat burning soup .
  • Take fruit juices without sugar.
  • If you drink tea ,drink it with out sugar.
second day
  • Eat a lot of vegetables beside taking your fat burning soup.
  • in the dinner eat a potato beside your fat burning soup.
  • Eat vegetables as you wish but with out spices and sauces and fats . 
  • Eat green vegetables such as lettuce and watercress.
  • Don't eat any type of grains.
third day 
Eat everything you want from vegetables and fruits but avoid banana , mango and watermelon beside take your fat burning soup.

fourth day

Fifth day

Hello 
in this post i will tell you about my way to make fat burning soup which is effective in weight loss if we use it well.  Make this soup is very easy .
 The Ingredients are 6 pieces medium onions , 2 pieces green Pepper , bottle of tomato juice , one piece cabbage and celery equivalent to 380 grams.
now how to prepare fat burning soup :
chop all ingredients to small pieces and place the ingredients in a bowl of water then place the bowl on the fire for 45 minutes , then place your fat burning soup refrigerator ,  now everything is okay 
you can drink this fat burning soup any time but don't drink plentiful .
in the next post i will show diet program to loss from 3 to 7 kg in seven days by using this fat burning soup
