7 day diet meal plan

This is 7 day diet meal plan which best kind of rapid diet because it helps you to lose from 3 to 7 kg a week. 7 day diet meal plan on exercises and eating foods that burn fats but you should avoid sodas and drink at least 8 cusp of water and you should walk at least 20 minutes every day in this week.

Second day 
Same breakfast at first day.At lunch eating 100 grams of fat-free meat and salad without adding any spices or oil and after this cup drink tomato juice. At dinner before going to sleep about 3 hours eat Zucchini, broccoli and beans all of them are boiled. 

Third day  
Same breakfast. At lunch eat 100 grams grilled chicken without skin, after 3 hours eat one piece of fruit. At dinner eat a piece of grilled hamburger with a piece of tomato, before sleep drink a cup of fresh juice. 

Fourth day 
Same breakfast. At lunch eat 2 boiled eggs and 250 of boiled beans then drink a cup of tomato juice. At dinner eat one piece of hamburger or fillet with Lettuce salad, before sleep drink a cup of fresh juice.

Fifth day 
At lunch 500 grams boiled fish and 5 tomato, at dinner Eat 2 boiled eggs and 250 of boiled beans before sleep drink a glass of fresh juice without sugar.

Sixth day 
Two slices of grilled meat, 250 gm of Boiled vegetables and an apple or banana. At dinner a slice of grilled meat, before sleep drink a cup of fresh juice.

Seventh day 
200 gm of Brown Rice, 200 gm of Boiled vegetables and a tomato. At dinner Eat 2 boiled eggs and 250 of boiled beans before sleep drink a glass of fresh juice without sugar.
