water is very important element in our life. No one can live without it. previously it was thought that who want to lose weight should reduce the amount of water per day because they thought that water cause weight gain as a result of water retention , but these theory is completely wrong. Here i will talk about benefit of water to lose weight.   
now I will talk about :
  • Benefit of water to lose weight.
  •  When should we drink water before or after or during meal ?
  • Best way to drink water to lose weight.
Surely all people want to lose weight know that there is benefit of water to lose weight but if you ask them about the benefit of water to lose weight and best time to drink water to lose weight they tell you many imformation may be right and may be wrong so here i will tell you benefit of water to lose weight and best to to drink water to lose weight. Benefit of water to lose weight is that water with lemon help to burn fat but to burn fat well you need to exercise. Other benefit of water to lose weight is that drinking water before your meal help you to feel satiety quickly so you will not eat much.Other benefit of water to lose weight is that drnking water during or after meal leads to weaken digesive juices so you will not take any  nutritional benefits but you feel satiety.Thus benefit of water to lose weight is not only at drink water before meal but also it is at drinking water during and after meal, so drink water as you like.
The best way to get benefit of water to lose way is to drink it mixed with small vinegar tablespoon before every meal for months this help you to lose many kilos grams of fats but it is very important to drink water mixed with vinegar not to drink vinegar only because it may be cause stomach ulcer.

I agree with you. We should drink penalty of water daily with lemon and vinegar. I t can really help us to lose weight and get fitness.
