people who suffer from obesity try many of medicines and avoid many of foods to lose weight ,this makes them feel disappointed. There are other people who try the easy solution such as slimming belts which aren't make good results so here i will tell you 21 ways to lose weight without medicines and hunger just try these ways for long time :
  1. When you feel hungry between meals, chew celery because it burns many calories or eating a lot of fruit.
  2. You should eat 3 meals a day and on specified dates and do not skip breakfast because it increase the rate of fat burning.
  3. If you are a smoker , Stay away from smoking and you will see improvement in your body.
  4. Use the stairs instead of the elevator.
  5. Do not use sugar or use fruit sugar.
  6. Avoid drinking milk but drink yogurt or skim milk.
  7. If you are a chocolate lover eat kinds which not contains sugar.
  8. Avoid junk foods because these foods aren't useful for our bodies and contains lot of fats.
  9. Eat macaroni and rice only 2 times per week.
  10. Eat brown bread Especially which contains wheat bran because it facilitate the process of digestion.
  11. Eat only Natural unsalted nuts.
  12. Use Olive oil cold pressed because it doesn't Increase cholesterol.
  13. Make at least 3 hours between each meal to make your stomach digest food well.
  14. Do not use salt too much because it Stores water in the body.
  15. Drink at least 6 cups of water every day because it help your body to get rid of poisons and fat.
  16. Avoid eat chicken skin because it contains lot of fats.
  17. Do not eat at late night to make your stomach digest food well.
  18. Eat grilled and boiled food instead of fried food. 
  19. Always begin your meal by eating green salad.
  20. Avoid eating Soup containing cream.
  21. Try to walk every day at least 30 minutes.

Very helpful tips! Yes we should avoid eating soup containing cream and drink at least 6 cups of water every day to lose weight. It can truly help us.
