Here i will tell you rosemary salmon recipe which is very romantic meal and. You can take it if you want meal with low fats. It help you to lose weight because it's calories is low and it is very delicious.

Ingredients
Teaspoon dried rosemary.
2 tablespoons minced rosemary.
Quarter teaspoon salt.
2 cloves minced Garlic.
½ cup small pieces of bread.
½ kilo of salmon slices.
Tablespoon olive oil.
Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to a high degree.
  2. Mix dried rosemary and minced rosemary with pepper and salt then grind it until it become dough.
  3. mix these dough with bread pieces.
  4. wear salmon steaks with salt as you need.
  5. grease a plate with small amount of olive oil then put salmon steaks in it.
  6. Put equaled amounts of bread pieces which mixed with dough on the top of salmon steaks then spray oil drop on it.
  7. finally put your plate in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish is cooked in all aspects.
  8. now you can eat it with green leafy.
