Here i will tell you Grilled Chicken with Cream recipe. This meal help you in weight loss because it has high protein and low fats. This meal is very delicious and it isn't harmful for your diet.

Grilled Chicken with Cream
Ingredients
  • boneless skinless chicken breast halves.
  • Small potatoes.
  • Teaspoon mustard.
  • ¼ cup olive oil.
  • ½ cup low-fat cream.
  • parsley flakes.
  • Lemon juice.
  • Aluminum Paper.
Directions
  1. Add salt to the chicken and leave it for an hour and then grill it.
  2. Paint aluminum Paper with olive oil and then cover the potatoes with it and leave in oven for a period until potatoes become grilled.
  3. Put potatoes in a skillet on the fire with a tablespoon of olive oil and lemon juice and mustard and mix well with the cream.
  4. Finally, put grilled chicken with potatoes and cover it with parsley flakes in a serving plate.
