Eating habits which help to lose weight and overcome obesity

Treatment of obesity not only in the diets or in the exercise only but treatment of obesity is also in the eating habits, which make you eat your food in a systematic manner and protect your body from the food that increase your weight, so here i will tell you some eating habits which help control the desire of eating and thus helps to lose weight:
  • you should be be regularly in meal times so you should take three meals a day at specific times.
  • Eat all meals, whether major or otherwise in the place for food at your home.
  • Chewing food well before swallowing.
  • During meals stop eating for a short period.
  • Your food should be in separate plate and in limited quantities and depending on the calories that you want.
  • Do not wait until you reach the stage of severe hunger and take small meals between major meals.
  • Eat fiber-rich foods before the main meal.
  • Your meals should contain large amounts of vegetables and fruit.
  • Make low-fat foods near you to eat many amount of it.
  • Eat small meal before going out of the house.
  • Try to avoid as much as possible sauces and foods rich with fats.
  • When you eat chickens remove skin layer because it contain fats.
  • When you eat red meat remove fat layer before eat it.
  • Eat many amounts of grilled and cooked in the oven because it doesn't have high fats.
finally you should have great will to lose your weight and you should be confident of yourself that you can over come obesity .
