This post for people can not follow any diet ,they feel bored because of eating foods at specific times, so in this post i will tell you about some foods and drinks you should avoid and some foods and drinks you should take plentiful .

you should drink a lot of light liquid especially water, after every meal take boiled cumin with lemon drops . Reduce salt in your foods because it accumulates under the skin but don't avoid it because your body need it. Try to use olive oil in all your foods. If you want to loss fats , eat many meals but in small quantities. If I felt hungry, eat vegetables with low-cholesterol. In order to get protein avoid high-sugar desserts and get it from vegetables and fruits. Apple is very useful for your body because it gives you activity and vitality with out any Increase in weight. Carrots is very useful for your body because it has a lot of basic elements and don't give you fats. One of the very important foods is honey bees because it is originally a cure for obesity , the best way to eat it is take one teaspoon after a cup of tea . Celery is one of the herbs that burning fats , so you can take it as juice or use it to make fat burning soup or put it in your salad. Sour milk has small calories and a lot of proteins.Finally orange can help you to get rid of overweight.
