how can you Calculate level of obesity in your body or level of your weight by perfect way ?

There are a lot of ways to Calculate level of obesity in your body or level of your weight but there is accurate way to calculate level of your body weight.
  1. Divide your weight by 100.
  2. multiply the output in itself.
  3. Divide your weight by the new output, then the output from this operation is called body mass or BMI 
  • if your BMI is less than 20 then your body weight is less than the ideal weight and you need to increase your body weight.
  • if your BMI is between 20 and 25 then your body weight is equal the ideal body weight and you are good.
  • if your BMI is between 25 and 30 then your body weight is greater than the ideal weight and you need to decrease your weight.
  • if your BMI is greater than 30 then your body weight is very greater than the ideal weight and you really need to lose a lot of fats in your body.
  • if your BMI is greater than 40 then your are suffer from hard obesity and you need to decrease your body weight to get the ideal body weight.
example : let you body weight is 70 kg and your height is 170 cm 
170/100 = 1.7 
1.7*1.7=2.89
70/2.89=24.2
then your body weight is equal to your ideal body weight and you don't have obesity.
