some drinks which are very useful in weight loss if you drink it regularly.

Weight loss is not difficult problem but you need to be careful , avoid eating sweets and exercise for 20 minutes every day and you will see the difference. There are some drinks which are very useful in losing weight if you drink it regularly.
Chamomile
Apple vinegar : Apple vinegar helps in digestion and losing weight .Put one tablespoon Apple vinegar in a cup of water, then drink it before or after your meal.
Chamomile : one of the most flowers for weight loss, take boiled cup of chamomile without sugar on an empty stomach and before your lunch for 2 months .
Anise warm: put one tablespoon anise for each cup of water and take it on an empty stomach before your lunch.
Grape juice : take it before breakfast without sugar and before your dinner regularly and for 10 days.
Cumin and lemon : soak few amount of cumin boiled water with lemon , leave it and drink it in the morning on an empty stomach .
Sage
Chinese green tea : it is my best drink and it is great in burning fats but don't drink it before breakfast.
Sage : if we want to talk about the benefit of drink sage we need other post to do this but sage active ovaries and helps to pregnancy, but in weight loss put one tablespoon sage in boiled water for 10 minutes and drink it in the evening and don't take your dinner.
