belly fat is a problem for many who suffer from obesity.belly fat is swelling occurs in the abdominal area as a result of the accumulation of fat in this area and because of inactivity of abdominal muscles, but not every belly fat is real so there are a natural belly and false belly fat. False swelling occurs in the abdominal area as a result of eating a lot of amount of foods and drinks so it occur after meals and it may be disappear after the end of the digestion process, so it is not danger. The natural belly  is swelling occurs in the abdominal area as a result of the accumulation of fat in fat cells existing in the abdominal area so these fat cells swell slowly ,it leads to appear of natural belly fat.Reasons of natural belly fat are very simple such as overeating which make your body store what it don't need from your food in fat cells which are existing in the abdominal area ,other reason for appear of natural belly fat is not exercise regularly so it lead to inactivity in the abdominal muscles.
How to get rid of your natural belly fat: 
you should work in two ways , the first way is exercise regularly. There are many exercise for abdominal muscles help you to get rid of your belly fat such as :
  • Sleep on your back on the ground and then extend the feet forward and move you legs up and down alternately.
  • Walking for 3 minutes on the fingers of the feet and three on the ankles.
  • Climb on a chair and then land with your feet.
  • Jump for ten minutes.
Finally there are some tips for your meals help you to get rid of your belly fat
  • Drink large amounts of water before meals because water fills the stomach then it reduce your desire of eating so it reduce your weight.
  • Drink grapefruit before meals because it reduces the sense of hunger.
  • Begin your meals with salad greens and reduce eating foods which have high calories.
  • Eat foods which have big amount of fiber because it takes a long time in the digestion so it make you want to eat after long time.
  • Eat your meal very slowly because you will feel satiety after small time.

Many people have fatty belly and they can’t walk and run correctly. I think exercise is perfect solution for them. They can get fitness fast through the natural and easy way.
